Orders typically ship with Standard Shipping in 1-3 business days for $9.99 and Economy (3-5 days) for $4.99.
We now ship worldwide, if you do not see a shipping option to your location please email us at email@example.com. Shipping fees and tax will be added at checkout.
All products shipped in the USA will ship via USPS.
International orders will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping options are available to choose from.
Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Aura Sugar Co. is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with Fedex, UPS or USPS. All customers are encouraged to contact Fedex, UPS or USPS about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced, we will do our best to assist you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
